In this PDF, I am going to be teaching you my more advanced and systematic way of forming new habits and developing consistency in pursuit of improving your overall health and fitness. Now that we have a better understanding of how macros play a role in our nutrition, here I will be showing you how to add those variables as new habits on top of the old ones displayed in the “Habit Formation System (1st Edition)”.
I will also be demonstrating to you how I turn this habit forming process into a game that can make your health and fitness journey seem much more fun or even competitive! The 6th PDF is going to be a “5-Day Beginner Workout Routines” that both men and women can do. In this PDF, I provide you with a structured warm-up routine, 3 different types of workout routines (w/ varied equipment), and a cooldown/stretching routine. Lastly, I also put in links to YouTube videos for every exercise to demonstrate proper form/technique so that you can ensure you’re doing them correctly!
