Why do we run this site?
Our first aim is to glorify our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Our second aim is to help as many people as possible find physical and spiritual health through fasting. Health is about a lifestyle and it’s important to remember that going on a “diet” isn’t the trick to lasting change. We need a lifestyle change. Just like a heart change will radically improve your life, so will a healthy lifestyle change. In fact, the two paired together is the best way to overhaul your entire life.
