Taking your nutrition game to its highest levels is going to entail knowing how to track your calories and macros accurately as well as effectively. Therefore, if you’re going to take on that kind of endeavor, I want to ensure that you do it the right way!
The 2nd PDF is going to be the “Beginner Habit Formation System”. In this PDF, I am going to be teaching you a basic, but systematic way to form new habits and develop consistency in pursuit of improving your overall health. I will also be demonstrating to you how I turn this habit forming process into a game that can make your health and fitness journey seem much more fun or even competitive!
The 3rd PDF is going to be a “SAMPLE 4-5 Days/Week Workout Routine” that both men and women can do for 4 weeks at a time. In this PDF, I provide you with tables and templates that you can use to track your numbers for your workouts. In addition, I will also put in youtube links for each exercise to demonstrate proper form/technique so that you can ensure you’re doing them correctly!
