My Coaching  Journey

Hey y’all! How’s it going! My name is Randy Phuong and I’m the new head fitness & nutrition coach here at The Fasting Diet Plan. You can just call me Coach Randy though! Allow me to take this time to introduce myself to you.

For starters, I want to earn your trust by telling you how I even got here! My business partner, Johnny (who is the current owner of The Fasting Diet Plan), came to me with this proposal to be the head fitness & nutrition coach as well as a content creator for The Fasting Diet Plan.

He and I were recently given the opportunity by the previous owner of this business, Sarah, to take over and give as much value as we can to help you all crush your health and fitness goals through our content, products, and coaching services! 

Just to share with you guys a little bit about myself, I’ve been an online fitness coach for over 4 years now and I’m still on my mission to help transform the lives of as many individuals as I can!

I’ve coached over 100 clients at this point and I hope to inspire more people to not only improve their levels of health and fitness, but all aspects of their lives.

Whether you want to improve your relationship with food, build a custom meal plan, achieve your fitness goals, or build sustainable habits, I’m here to guide you through it all! Feel free to check out some of my client testimonials to hear how their lives have been changed after working with me!

A big part of my story as to why I’m so passionate about health and fitness to begin with is that I used to struggle with an eating disorder. That’s right!

Feel free to read that again… Binging, gluttony, overeating, food addictions, the whole 9 yards! I have nothing to hide from you and no intentions to lie to you.

After all, I’m just here to help you! For any of you out there who are reading this and are going through the same type of struggles, I just want you to know that I can totally relate to you and that I can empathize with you.

It wasn’t until I dove deeper into the fitness industry and started educating myself on all things related to health and fitness that I was able to overcome my eating disorder. It’s also a big part of the reason why I’m here!

I just want to be able to help you achieve your health and fitness goals in all of the best and most ethical ways that I can. 

I currently hold 3 separate personal training certifications along with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology!
